All residential and commercial real estate closings require a board-certified real estate attorney to be legally completed. All Real Estate sale transactions are initiated with a purchase offer to the Seller. Once the Buyers offer is accepted, it then becomes the job of the Lawyers of the parties to work out any additional terms of the contract, order and review the property title, and proceed to closing the transaction. At the closing, the parties finalize all the title and financial transfer to finalize the deal.
